I have three, the Circular home button, the Tabs button and the Back arrow button.  I'd really like to add Cortana on to that row because I find her to be extremely useful.

 

ohh THAT part, well sorry dude, that is the stock interface from android, virtual buttons that cant be alterd, instead of hardpress non-digital buttons that cant be alterd.

I have an LG Leon LTE and for the god forsaken life of me, I can not add icons to the home touch button row!  I just don't understand, in the settings it just says drag and drop them to the home touch button row.  Please help

That's not Android. That's LG ROM pain. Maybe you have too many icons already.

How many are there already? Often on phones/small screen devices have a max of 5 (my LG phone has a max of 5 in that row)

it's limited to 4 or 6 icons IIRC, but the reaon you can't add/delete others might be the LG rom/skin thrown on to it.

Ya that...doesnt work in Android those 3 buttons are all you got you can alter the 4 above those in under the line (not im on stock android and have only used stock android) and of course the  "desktop" icons but ya..
