Well, a bright orange gun (yes, they already have these) will hurt its user, due to its visibility.

I think you are able to see other people's skins. At least putting a skin on doesn't cause everyone to have that same skin, because orange guns would be like using high visibility player models.

Well think about it, what happens when a player makes everyone's gun bright orange? They get an unfair advantage over other players. Same with HD texture packs and camoflage mods.

 

Customs skins should stay away from competitive play.

I'm just saying I think it's a good thing that they added skins. I don't play CS that much so that I can judge if the silencer is a good/bad thing (heck, I have the entire CS collection and I only use CS Source for Garry's Mod). All my opinions are from a neutral gamer that doesn't play CS that often.

they are losing sales to people who would have otherwise purchased the game. this is not like piracy, people who would have purchased it will buy this instead.
