because cost, if its a budget card, then you want it to be cheap, but if its not than they dont have to have it so cheap

Quoted for truth, and the six LEDs in mine doesn't hurt ether. You could also use a smoked side window and a generous application of LEDs. Looks nice, a bit Axe body spray but nice.
