Twitch Streaming making ping go up

when i try to stream CS:GO to twitch my ping skyrockets, i stream at 1800 bitrate and downscale to 800-450 resolution at 30fps, i have 24mbps download and 2-3 upload. i shouldnt have my ping this high. please tell me all ways to lower my ping in csgo while streaming. thanks.

of course steaming is going to make it go up... e.e

its making it go up to 500+ ping which is massivly unplayable

Then you shouldn't be streaming online games? The only solution (unless your router is utter crap) would be to get better Internet.

2-3mbps upload is WAY too low to stream at even moderate quality. Think about it, your PC is trying to send all the stream data UP to the twitch servers. This is saturating your upload bandwidth and starving out your other traffic.

 

Solution: don't stream until you have a better internet connection.

It may be the router, considering its just the normal at&t uverse one that they gave us.
