I am building my first PC. This is it:

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jfYtD3

Is this a solid build? Could it handle Skyrim on ultra at 60 Fps? What FPS could it handle a demanding game at like BF4 or Crysis 3 or something on ultra?

I just wanna know some Fps benchmarks on some games this build can do, and if there are any issues with the build itself.

Thank You!

It might not do 60FPS on Ultra, if at 1080p/

That's not the issue - the CX is the issue. Their are bad and a fire hazard.

The FX 6300 is too old and too slow - an i3 would be a better choice.

The 750 Ti has no place in a 850$ budget

Windows 10 for 100$ is wasteful as fuck.

My build would have been much better and similar to one of the builds you guys had. Back when I knew nothing about computers, I had a friend who was "Good" with computers. He basically made my whole build for me. After he decided everything and I started ordering parts 1 by one, that is when I started to actually learn about computers. By the time I bought my final part, I realized how fucked up he made my build. Originally, the plan was to buy 2 Amd radeon r9 290x's off of him and run crossfire. The 750ti was never the original thought. He also told me that if I used parts from the same company (AMD), I'd get up to 10 frames more in better performance. I was still on a strict budget, so he helped basically pick all the parts. First off, the same brand= better performance was total horse shit and isn't true. Second, the Power supply he suggested to me was from a shit series and was not even enough wattage to supply 2 r9 290x's. He told me I should get an AMD processor for the sole purpose of that horse shit "better performace" reason. If I had never listened to him, I could have gotten a much better i5 processor, a power supply from a better series and brand with less wattage, a better graphics card, etc.

It is too late to refund. I have to go through with the build. That is all

That is all

I'd suggest a new friend - get one off of Newegg for cheap, preferably made by SeaSonic or Delta :P

That friend was not your friend and should not be your friend anymore.
