Only way I could think of would be to do it in the graphics drivers

My toaster oven of an old laptop could play Bo2, what do you play it on?

Are you playing at lowest possible settings? I'd save up $500 for a decent PC. $500 can get you a rock solid i3 with GTX 950 or 960/380

Im not allowed :( im upgrading a pc now but currently it barely plays minecraft. and yes. anti aliasing off everything, i do need 60fps tho, i can do 30 but i cant even get that

You are not allowed to build a PC? Even if it is your money?

How come people on youtube can play it fine? like ive found a handfull of HD 4400 videos of it playing

Plays CoD + requires 60 fps, but accepts 800x600 or less + "Location: Murica" = He's 12-15 yo

Somehow I wonder if this is problem with resolution and graphic settings at all. You might be banging limits of CPU power. You are filling screen with too many extra characters which requires more from CPU.

Then you should keep begging your parents to build one lol :D  :lol: . I'm 15 right now and my parents let me to build one when I was 13.

I am allowed lol. I am gettong a power supply soon along wtih a case.
