Posted November 3, 2015 I didn't test it yet, but for me this is no problem. I'm currently running 16 gigs of ddr4 2133MHz corsair lpx in my main rig and the difference between faster ram and this one is too small to upgrade. As far as i know higher clocked RAM will clock down to 2400MHz if you use it in the Sabertooth Yeah, it should act the same as 1866MHz RAM in a 1600 slot, clock down to the appropriate speeds, otherwise it needs to be set in BIOS to the lower value that is supported.
