Hello, I am starting my first pc build. I do a lot of work with adobe photoshop, and a bit of video editing,

I play games like GTA V, csgo, so I wondering what to choose i5 or i7. Any suggestions? Thanks for help :)

i7, if you budget allows for it, would be great. But don't skimp out on the GPU to afford an i7. Something like an i5 4690K or 6600K performs really good too.

What kind of budget do you have for your full system? That way I can give some more specific advice/suggestions.

If you edit videos the i7 would be the better option. If you only edit them sometimes go for the i5, or have you looked into an Xeon?

I'd difinately go for a 5960X. It's a total beast and most people totally need the extra power no matter what they do. Checking email, gaming, rendering idc it's beast.

Or, you know, if someone can afford a 5960X they could just get a Xeon with better performance anyway...

Yes, you could but you would loose some performance :) I'd say if your budged allaws you stick with 380 :)

You woun't really benefit much from CUDA cores if you're considering this. My friend has simmilar setup and GTA V is set at high settings and he gets stable 50-60fps. If you'll record maybe gameplay just turn few settings down and you'll reach stable 60fps.

Really anything just check it's H97 or H87 (older), I pick ASRock because they are cheap and great for low budget builds. Last few years ASRock really improved, so It can compete with MSI or Gigabyte and even ASUS.
