Fritos, definitely. I like Doritos, but Fritos are the shit. Now I'm going to buy some tomorrow, thanks ;D

edit: both doritos and fritos are made by Frito-Lay, so they're pretty much the same thing

Actually "Fritos" is not just a specific product but it literally means "fries" in spanish so it's commonly used for a lot of different snacks not just these...those these are pretty good too, specially if you get em with cream and salsa.

Not sure but the only thing close is a brand of (I'm told though I never tried em since I don't smoke) really really crappy cigarettes called "Faros" (Faritos would be the diminutive version of the word as in "tiny Faros"):

Not necessarily corn meal though: we have a lot of flour based fried snacks that we commonly also call "fritos" Though this specific product yeah it's corn meal.

Though food is very interesting to me, when it comes to other cultures. Especially snack/casual foods. Any time I travel and have the time, I ask the cab/bus/shuttle driver where I should go and what I should order
