The specs of my current computer are:

2x Gtx 660 Ti (SLI)

i7 3770k OCed to 3.9ghz

3 mounted case fans

16gb RAM

128gb SSD

1TB HDD

Corsair CX750W PSU

If I were to upgrade to a 980 Ti would I have any issues? I heard from someone that a 980 Ti requires DDR4 RAM instead of DDR3 but I'm not sure.

Also, before you freak out about the PSU my SLI cards take up more power than a 980 Ti and it has yet to explode.

980 Ti doesn't require DDR4.... I don't know who told you that but that's a load of bullshit . By the way it'll be a huge performance upgrade, I saw quite a large upgrade from just going from 660ti sli to a single 970, it will be even more so with the 980ti.

Change of CPU was due to me using my sisters 660ti and my sisters motherboard as my motherboard didn't support SLI.

You'll be fine but I'd be really uncomfortable putting a GPU that expensive under that PSU.
