maby 600W-700W is probabaly fine go somewere higher then 600W if you wana OC much

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

that system will realistically draw about 350W under load so an EVGA 550W GS would work. The EVGA B2 and Antec High Current Gamer as well as a Seasonic S12 are all good options.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

i already bought this pc and i have 650w PSU

But i have a problem

when every 1 and half day the ssd stop working (i thought that the problem is that i dont have enough W on the PSU [Guess i wrong])

i guess the ssd is just broken

I started to post again sometime at the end of last month. Something came up about 6-ish months ago, that I needed to re-prioritize what I needed to due with my time. It somewhat settle down now, but I'm still not posting as much as I used to.

If it just the SSD having issue, it's likely isn't a PSU problem.

Just to give you an idea of what you are draw on a non-OCed system: Here's a review of a R9 390 from another brand: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Powercolor/R9_390_PCS_Plus/28.html

253wDC peak during gaming and 323wDC during Furmark. This is a measurement of the card alone (don't need to worry about efficiency of the PSU nor other components).

While a system with an idle GTX 590, a non-K 3770 will draw around 170wAC from the wall: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/2012/04/23/intel-core-i7-3770k-review/8

So yes, a quality 650w should be plenty for your system even under unrealistic, synthetic loads.
