Is Steam still down for anyone else?

Steam has been down for me for a good 4h + for me now I cant open the launcher at all. I know it was down but to be this long? Also i checked issteamdown.com but there it says its up

Specs of my PC:

CPU: AMD FX 8350  Motherboard: Gigabyte 990XA UD3  GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 Windforce 2GB  HDD: WD Green 2TB SSD:  Corsair Force GT 120GB SSD RAM: Corsair 8GB(2X4) PSU: CoolerMaster G650M

I was literally just playing...

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

I3 4150, Intel HD graphics, corsair CX750M, 4gb ram, Asus H81M-E, corsair 230T, Intel stock cooler WD Green 2TB Gigabyte 550TI

Its running for me, but very slowly... took 5 minutes just to load the main store page

 

*Edit* Thats in British Columbia, Canada by the way.

well seems all i needed was to restart my PC must have been glitched

The forums are super slow / time out on me so something is wrong for me, Other then that it's working fine for me.
