School Internet Problem

So my school has a fiber internet connection (around 700 megs) according to speedtest.net. the only problem is that whenever i try to download something (i think this happens for everyone) it only downloads 5 megabytes before stopping the download. it just stops! i have no idea why... and it makes me really mad that there is a fibre connection and i cant even use it to torrent my linux distros...

 

 

if you know a workaround 

PLEASE

 

or else i will cri

 

 

 

i also cant watch youtube videos without stopping forever 5 seconds in

this is horrible

in high school the main router's password was "1234" and the copymachine, and prinicpal's phone had no password at all.

if they have 2000 students, thats 0.4Mbit per student.

lol. My old school has an AP named "temp" and the password ended up being "tempwifi"

 

Bluetooth tethered my phone to my tablet running a wifi hotspot and "sold" internet to people

im going to try some basic passwrds

I think it was like 1$ a day per person. I changed the password every day. The hotspot was TheChosenLAN

they have a really advanced guy who works with the it department

he did pentetration testing for like 15 years

i dont think there is a way to get in

but i am looking at ip scanner and there are 441 people online
