Thoughts on EVGA SuperNova G2 850W?

Pooherino ツ

just wondering what you guys think about it, not planning to buy it so don't bother asking about my system. But this thing is suppose to be extremely good, it has 9.9 rating on JohnnyGuru, and it is a lot cheaper than at $175 its competitors, compare to the Corsair AX860i at $240 or the Cooler Master V850 at $220 [Canadian Pricing] which both score less than the EVGA. So if you have this PSU, tell me your opinion about it.

It's a very solid unit - think it's made by SeaSonic though I'm not 100% sure.

SuperFlower iirc, but basically equatable in quality.

It's an excellent Super Flower OEM unit, can't go wrong with it.

Doobeedoo i have one right here > :) and it's a heckie awesome unit, the fan even when spinning is pretty damn quiet, its never failed me or let me down at all, the PC feels more secure healthy and happy too with it compared to my old junk POS CX750M.

I'd go for it, EVGA Has a great warranty to boot with it. and it easily hangs with the best in terms of quality

It is a superflower platform. It is one of the top psus you can buy. Is usually cheaper than anyone else, especially corsair, has a 10 year warranty.

It's always a good day if you woke up breathing.

I'm using one. Idk it works well for me. I do wish I bought a 1k instead at the time though cause 850 is pretty damn tight when I get a second 980ti with x99 cpu overclocking.
