Firefox is slow on windows 7 with many tabs

cloneman

I'm a tab junkie, like Linus. It seems the more tabs you have open, the slower firefox gets (scrolling, right-clicking, etc). Is it just expected behavior these days with all the javascript and other dynamic elements on web pages?

Where's the bottleneck here? I've got a Core i5 750, 8gb of ram, SSD. Is it just poorly optimized for multi-core?

The ram might be a big issue, but that CPU is probably not helping.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

does it do the same thing with another browser? I would guess you are just low on ram. open all that shit up and check your task manager and look at the usage.
