SVCHost.exe is getting really annoying!

So I should get new drivers from Intel?

Main ones I would check:

Audio if you have audio cards.

Chipset.

CPU.

GPU.

MOBO.

Other-hardware.

SVCHost.exe has been really annoying me recently, as nearly every time I boot up my system it puts my CPU to %50 all the time. And when I go into task manager - end the program - and then continue what I was doing, it starts back up nearly instantly! This is getting extremely annoying as my g3258 cant do much else whilst SCVHost.exe is stealing its cycles, so the question is what do I do! 

 

As far as i cant tell it is related to Windows updates which when I end or set the priority of SVC to low the updates fail instantly, also my Windows updates continually fail even after deleting all the files in the windows/softwaredistrobution/downloads, any Help is much appreciated!

 

 

Im running windows 7 64 bit on 8gb ram with my g3258@4.2GHz

CSGO = Sniper, I seem to be able to AWP 'well' apperently 
RPGs in general = Mage or Tank w/ resoration

Update drivers; usually one of the programs running under it is a very un-optimized driver. At least that's what it was for me.

Don't trust windows on that. It lies. A lot.

Just go through them all; namely hardware. Mine was my audio-driver and mobo menu driver.

Dude! Im so happy i had two updates for audio and gpu and at least as far as I can tell it has been fixed. Thank you so much!!!
