Sharing one partition for data between two instances of Windows

Hi, I got myself into problem where whenever I use my internet messenger program that loads profile from partition D: on one system, then it corrupts for other system when trying to load same profile, I guess it something with rights and what not, is there anything I can do to make sharing possible or I just shouldn't touch any data that has been already touched by other system?

 

Edit: I think I got it working. I think it was because the drive was before in RAID1 and when I installed SSD and changed to AHCI mode the RAID Array stopped functioning and one drive of that array was functioning as one drive, other drive of that RAID array was offline, and I think one system sometimes was useing one and sometimes the other one drive. Now I plugged those drives to second SATA controller and recreated RAID1 and so far there are no problems.
