Okay sure knew that, but product key was the issue I solved it thanks to a bit of googling though.

What would be the best way of going about reinstalling Windows 10? I know they have new keys for Windows 10, so how would I figure mine out so I can reinstall it since I am having way too many issues with it to even be bothered trying to fix my install anymore. These issues are not from Windows 10 but my 8.1 install that I guess carried over.
