4790k overcloked

980 ti g1 x2

4 hard drives

Just ordered the second gpu is my psu going to be enough?

My personal go-to for dual 980tis is 850W but let's ask @Aniallation what he feels is a good idea.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

At stock settings you should be fine but with the CPU and/or the graphics card overclocked no definitely not. Overclocking increases power consumption a tremendous amount especially if you're increasing voltage.

The go-to would be 850W. 750W is still perfectly fine if it's a high-end unit but the only Corsair 750W's I'd consider acceptable in this case would be HXi, RMi and AX.

ok cool thanks i only bought 750 cos when i bought my ati 4870 it was $20 more expensive than 550w :-). will go ax so i can get corsair link :-)

If you ask me skip Corsair and go for SeaSonic Platinum or Snow Silent - better quality than the AX since it's SeaSonic's inhouse design and for 2x 980 Tis - I'd go with the best possible quality :)

Man, They are expensive.
