Just noise, and temps.

There's a reason why the Asus 970 is "DIRECTCU". Keep in mind that the Asus card won't oc as well as the MSI because the Asus is more of a quiet card meanwhile the MSI is a OC card.

I don't know many people that recommend Asus cards or are happy with them over their MSI, EVGA, etc. counterparts. I also think their cards are some of the most hideous pieces of technology out there.

 

MSI has the best cards on the market in my opinion.

MSI has far better service and quality then Asus. Almost all the items I've had fail on me in the past ten years have been Asus. Asus is also brutal for standing behind their own warranties as I found out with my Tuf Series motherboard that is decked out in Tuf series logos, info etc, but they are saying is not a Tuf series board so doesn't fall under the 5 yr warranty they have!!?? No more Asus around here now...
