Quiet 120mm Case Fans

They perform well while being very quiet. 

alright and for the graphics card is the r9 390 better then the 970? should i just stick with the 970

Do you think because the R9 390 is faster then the 970 nvidia will put out a 970 ti? Beause I am getting it for Christmas if they do it anytime soon. I just don't want to go with amd because I ready have an nvidia card so I know how to download drivers and I love shadow play, plus if you think about it im not sure if im right but if I was recording with some other recording program I would be losing fps and getting the same as the 970 anyway? But then again I would probably have to get a better power supply for the r9 390's 275w

I don't think they're coming out with a 970 Ti. Either option is fine.

I use five Noctua NF-S12B's in my server/folding rig and they work a charm. Whisper silent and cooling is great. I know you say not Noctua, but there are really hard not to recommend, particularly at such a competitive price.
