I've tried this before. Only works on someone headphones/earbuds - assuming you mean the in-line microphone.

Makes it so the 1 port from your earpods becomes 2 (splits the 1 audio jack into 1 audio jack and a microphone jack)

So i connect the earpods and my headphones to that adapter,and the connector to the audio in,am i right?

No.

You connect your earpods to the adapter, then plug the pink part of adapter to mic in, and connect your headset as normal
