What adapter do i need ?

So i got a new gpu that has Dual DVI , Display Port and HDMI but my monitor only supports VGA . I looked it up and the female vga is the one that plugs in the monitor and the male is the one that plugs in the gpu , do i need a Female DVI to Male VGA Adapter ?

DVI to VGA, but it probably will only work on 1 of the DVI ports as one is probably DVI-I (which supports conversion into VGA) and the other is DVI-D (which is digital only, no VGA).

Can you link me the specific GPU you have?

Which card do you have? Is it a new AMD card?

There should've beeen an adapter in the box but if there wasn't, get one of these:

Thanks for your help , i finally bought an HDMI to VGA adapter and the difference is huge and no there was no adapter in the box and also guess what my mobo H61M-DS2 Rev 1.0 doesn't support a conversion from DVI -D to VGA so an HDMI adapter was the only solution  Anyways thanks for your help
