after this I don't know what to do.. go for bachelor or go do web dev on the same level.. or maybe even something with designing..

I don't know what I want to do with life yet, how is an 18 year old suppose to know that already!

Some advice, car guy to car guy; dont do aerospace, do mechanical. A mechanical engineer can almost always do an aerospace engineers job, but the reverse is not true. Start with a broad degree, and specialize in the area that interests you the most.

Take it for what you will.

Yeah I've heard from engineering students that very little actually differentiates between AE and mech. I'm not set in that certain major but I am planning to work in that industry. I'll keep your advice in mind and do some research haha

I'm a mechanical, (not biased I promise) and I know a few aerospace guys who had trouble finding jobs out of college and ended up taking non-engineering jobs to make ends meet. The problem is, if you are out of engineering for more than a couple of years you will be hard pressed to get anyone to hire you.

Broad strokes first, fine brush later. :)

Hey Guys and Gals.

I'm a first year Law student at the University of the Western Cape, South Africa. My financial situation at the moment is that I'm on a student loan to pay for my studies and I live with my parents because campus is only like 30 minutes away. So far it's been okay I only have one full year module which is EED Law ,English for Educational Development, and honestly that module is going to be the death of me it's really tough. My other modules are all semester modules such as Customary Law 121 which is basically the study of traditional law which I find to be quite interesting actually, and then I have Introduction to Legal Systems 121 which is a bit of everything such as legislation and ways in which to apply it to a factual scenario. I do Family Law 101 which is involves the breakdown of laws pertaining to marriage or engagement btw in my country an engagement is valid even if I propose via email lol. Also first year law students are allowed to choose an elective from another faculty of their choice and I chose Political Studies which has become quite interesting as well since our module actually got combined with environmental studies so I find it cool lol. I'm dating the love of my life right now, we've been together for nearly 2 years although she's not studying at the moment but will eventually be doing Psychology oh damn lol. She's been amazing and different I say this because where we live students studying is not a big thing or even a small thing most kids drop out and find themselves smaller jobs to make a small living for what I don't know and drugs and crime rate is extremely high in my area so I say she's different because she hasn't let our society influenced her to such an extent and she's extremely supportive so yeah fyi the whole ltt community is invited to our wedding we'll be handing out steam keys lol I only kid. Thanks for the read guys.oh and law students will know how much cases there can be to study...omg

I live alone like 600KM away from my parents I am a second year Translation and Interpretation student with minor Political Sciences (starting this year) I have scholarship, even though I live 10 meters away from campus I drive my car during winter because last year I slid while walking and my ass hurt for 2 months, Language studies was not my thing it took me a year to realize that but anyways I make decent money translating tv series (and suits well with my sleep schedule as I wake up as TV series pop up on torrent sites and start translating asap) meh I guess I might end up studying something else once this is done.

Assignments were fucking annoying this year, mostly analyzing texts trying to understand the shit that only linguists or historians would give a fuck. (ps hey I also drive VW polo)

Doing sci units at Macquarie Uni out of pure interest. Aiming to gather enough credit together to get into a proper 3d design course.
Big History was great, everyone should do a unit of that. I chucked in a critical thinking unit along with the next in the bio line - Human diversity.
Hoping to be started in the 3d design by the end of the year or the start of 2016.
Money... Eh, government benefit plus whatever I earn freelance designing/selling 3d printed stuff. As to costs of courses, it's all covered under Australia's HECS scheme.

"The wheel?" "No thanks, I'll walk, its more natural" - thus was the beginning of the doom of the Human race.
Cheese monger.
