Hopefully we can get some really good batteries now rather than ones that can barely hold a charge after only a few months.

that means the batteries won't die off after a couple of hundrer charge cycles, not that they will hold one cycle for longer

Hah, as cool as this sounds it'll be many years before we see it any kind of technology. It was years ago that they found a way to effectively double the life of devices by changing the type of screen they use. I have yet to see that in a mobile device either.
