What graphics settings can I run Battlefield 4 at?

Admiré

This is my current setup:

intel 2320 CPU

gtx 750 GPU

6 gb ddr3 1333GHz Ram

I've seen people play bf4 on medium settings and get 60 fps with the gtx 750.

I was just wondering if this setup can do the same thing.

Thank you

You'd be lucky if you got 30 FPS anywhere from medium to max settings.

Probably low or maybe medium. I'd suggest customizing your settings and tweaking them to somewhere between low and medium and see where that gets you.

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.

Averaged 40-50fps on medium with a laptop that had a GT 740m, so you should get something like 60+fps on medium-high settings
