I am 6'3 and 89kg(200 Pounds), and I am muscular.  Prevously (4 years ago) I was 6'3 and 116kg (250 Pounds) And above weight. I stopped eating super unhealthy and I walk/run 6 miles a day and do 50-100 Situps, 50 Pushups, 50 leg lifts and then 20 reps of 25 pounds per day.

Admirable!

I wish I had the determination to do exercise daily...or even monthly for that matter...

Unfortunately, I live off sandwiches and Mtn Dew (or cherry Pepsi)... :(

Except my tailbone now hurts (the bottom of your spine next to your butt) I can feel a bone poking out,

Does any other member experience this?

I've done a massive weight loss in a short amount of time as well. my butt bones would poke out and make sitting uncomfortable and I was feeling my pelvis bones when wearing jeans with a belt I just wasn't used to feeling that I guess. also one good/bad thing is that I am more sensitive to heelstriking when walking or running which has made me change the way I walk/run for the better.

one thing I can say for sure is that it is WAAAAAY more fun exercising and lifting weights as a skinny fuck than a flabby bitch

here's to shopping for pant sizes that I haven't touched since junior high school

Walking, standing or running isn't an issue, just like you mentioned, brushing against my belt sitting down is rather uncomfortable.
