That'll be fine. That's quite a solid PSU and will have no problem providing that. PSU recommendations are almost always overstated for GPUs to make up for people to have low quality ones that can't reliably supply close to their max wattage.

 

And your CPU is good too.

I have a r9 390X and that can do the job quiet well. But it would take extra money so I would say R9 390... But you see, if you want to run games like the witcher 3 in 3440X1440 ,I think one R9 390 may not be enough in high setting.
