Would you mind recommending me one? I'm still in the dark...

For Windows, I use Deluge. It's open source, with a pretty decent looking User Interface. It's easy to use and doesn't come with a bunch of useless bloated features (I'm looking at you Vuze).

 

I highly recommend Deluge. There are other choices if you want to look around or see other peoples recommendations, but Deluge is great.
