Headphones quiet in left ear

Hi,

Is there a way to clean my seald earbuds, i think there is ear wax on the back side of the grill and i dont think its removable, any methonol or something that could disolve it or some way of scrubbing it out. When i suck o the ear bud its louder but still not as loud as the right. Please dont say go buy some new ones, ive had these for 1 week. They are phillips bass sound SHE3590

Put them in the washing machine..... and then in the tumble dryer?

 

Don't actuall do this since you've only had them a week xD

try putting them in a bag and putting them in hot water.  The idea i'm going for is heat to melt the earwax if it's there but not so much heat that it damages plastic (which melts around 170F at the low end).

return it to the store for a new one, then clean out your ears before using them or use a needle to pick at it until it's clean.

I've used alcohol rubs to clean off the filters, but be SUPER careful because if they fall off they're a pain in the ass to replace.

I blew into it slightly and the sound level is about the same but it isnt as crisp sounding on the left now

Ok so i blew gently on the speaker grill and it works fine again, now no matter how much i blow in there or suck air out it doesnt effect sound. The wax is in there somewhere but away from the drivers :D. Im not sure if it sounds worse, i cant tell

It turns out not to be earwax, the driver was locked back by air pressure, i blew into the canel of the IEM and that put the driver where it should be, sounds as good as new. I didnt blow gently like recommended so im lucky i didnt damage them xD
