Is that real? Lol....

I think that is just the box for Intel's bunny man figurine. Actual box art for p2 it's purplish with a p2 logo on it or the cpu itself on it.

Low Voltage DDR3 (1,35 V)

Yep, I know.

Are there any rumours about DDR3 support?

nah this was 1990  ( or more specifically 1998)

I think they are just trying to be less boring with the k processors

To be honest, this box is fucking awesome! I love it when companies don't take themselves too seriously.

Iirc there was many reposts of "K" versions not including a heatsink, also if you read carefully in the box, it doesn't mention any "thermal solution"

never mind then, it's just a little weird imo. It's not like they aren't already making huge margins on these cpus, they might as well include an incredibly cheap heatsink so that people can use the cpu even without an aftermarket one. Of course you're going to want to overclock these, but a spare heatsink is always useful for troubleshooting and getting your pc working while another heatsink arrives.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

IDK.

But one could try undervolting his actual sticks to see if they're stable at that voltage. I'd to do that sometimes with laptops :/

This is a signature.

Just DDR3L. DDR3L is mostly found on laptops. Kingston makes DDR3L ram for desktops, but I'm not sure if that is actual DDR3L ram or just name it as "DDR3L" because it runs a much lower voltage than the standard 1.5v found on DDR3. It's called Kingston Hyper X LoVo, which is rated at 1.35v. But even if the cpu supports DDR3L, it depends on the motherboard maker on whether they to support DDR3L or not. From the looks everyone talking about Skylake with DDR4, the chances of boards using DDR3L are slim.

DDR3L uses laptop modulate compared to regular desktop DDR3 hence cheap bastards wanting skylake without upgrading ram are SOL.

They're not quite that thin (the 95W version), and anyway it was confirmed a while ago that the cooler isn't included for K-series parts.

I see. My own is pretty thin though, and I have a 2600.
