My oneplus one battery life

So I have a oneplus one, and when I originally updated to cos12 and lollipop I got an insane 6+ hours of screen on time.

Now though I barely get 3 hours of screen on time, sometimes around 2 hours.

My battery stats claim that android system is using the most battery closely followed by my screen.

I tried turning off wake up/keep awake for Google play services, but that didn't help and causes the "google play services stopped working" message to pop up like every 60 seconds.

Any idea what might have happened?

do you charge your phone after its completeley dead or just at like 80% and your like im gonna charge

I only charge the phone either at the end of the day of at some during the day, but never with more then 25% battery left, I've let it die and recharged it to calibrate a few times.

I do use it while charging,not constantly, but not infrequently

I've had the phone since March, and have had similar habits since then. Is there something wrong with what I'm doing?

Using when chargeing and Not chargeing fully results in battery degradtion

It seems like the problem but i cant be too sure

it can also be from programs running in the backround? 

have you installed more and more programs as you had this phone?

Oh, I always charge it fully (almost always) I have obviously installed new apps, I have also deleted some, I don't know how to find what app is causing that though
