wouldnt bother, go 1440p, 4k on a single card at 60fps isnt possible on many games and 30fps is too low.

Fury X or 980ti.

Titan X is a waste at this point when you can get a F-X or 980ti for half the price :)

.... nice made up information there..

I can max out every game I own at 4k with a 980ti and all Bar Rust (a not greatly optimised game) I can max tain a 6pfps average or higher...

seriously why do people on this forum comment on things they don't have..

do you have a 4k monitor and a top end gpu?? if yes feel free to comment.. if not.. stop posting bollocks..

OP the biggest killer at 4k is anti aliasing. turn it off in games and fps with greatly increase.

a 980ti or fury x is the sweet spot card for 4k :)

the benchmarks online you see of gpus struggling at 3k is because they're tested with AA turned on!

Gaming PC: • AMD Ryzen 7 3900x • 16gb Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200mhz • Founders Edition 2080ti • 2x Crucial 1tb nvme ssd • NZXT H1• Logitech G915TKL • Logitech G Pro • Asus ROG XG32VQ • SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless

And than you wake up? ;)

Maybe they got a performance boost with the lastest patch.

v1.04 was 25-30fps on Ultra in 4k.

After looking into it more I think I'll get two 980ti. I will definitely turn antialiasing off. I have heard a lot of people say the same thing about it being unnecessary at such high resolutions.

At 4k you dont need AA anymore.

why would I lie about something when you could just ask anyone with a 4k monitor and a 980ti the same thing..

youre basing your point off of a bench mark.. not real life situations. benchmarks always crank up AA so it's fair across all resolutions.

you don't need AA at 4k so the test isn't a real world situation.

I have said components and can test it for myself.. I could probably find you a benchmark that says a pentium 1 processor can run gta v.. just because it's in the Internet doesn't mean it's the truth... and makes it even worse when you Base an argument off that truth..
