Resolution problem in CSGO

Hi, so i have this problem, when im using 16:9 and 1920x1080 on my Samsung S22C300 monitor, everything is ok in CSGO, but when I change it to any resolution that i lower than 1920x1080 it looks like minecraft or something and i have a Screenshot of the mainmenu, but in the screenshot everything is looking fine and not mincraft-like.

 

 

Here is the picture, it looks fine here, but when i play its like minecraft, so i think its monitor's problem.

Specs : Intel i5 3350-p

nvidia gtx 650 ti 1gb

windows ultimate 7 64bit

8gb ram

Why would you change it to a lower resolution?

Some people do that in CSGO to make targets bigger, they also use 5:4 aspect ratio, I think that it is stupid but whatever...

Lower the graphics settings down, not the resolution.

Resolution should be the last thing you touch.
