FreeNAS and Kaspersky internet security

Go to solution Solved by Thermite,

Sorry I don't know how to fix this problem, but would you mind telling me the specs of your nas server? I want to build a nas one day.

Sure I'm currently using a intel LGA 1155 I3 processor with 16BG's of ram. (not ecc but I'd suggest buying it) I use a consumer motherboard but the HDD's that i'm using are HGST 6TB 7200 RPM drives. They were really expensive and worth every penny. I also have a UPS so that if the power does go out I should last for awhile. I really don't have the best setup mine's put together with mostly consumer parts. Since I built it out of an older system. If you want some suggestions on what to get in the future just pm me.

I use Kaspersky internet security on my laptop and I also run a freenas server on my network. This is a problem because I am unable to access my freenas server while Kaspersky's firewall is in place. As seen in the picture below...

No freenas

And when I turn the firewall off...

Yes freenas

So how do I make an exception for my freenas server to get through the firewall. I've looked and can't seem to find a place to allow its ip address through. Is there another way to do this?

(I do want to keep using Kaspersky's firewall)

This is my opinion, it doesn't mean I'm right and is liable to change at any time. I may offend of which I apologize in advance.
