Current Monitor setups

R0ugeW0lf

Didn't see a topic for this and thought here would be the best place for it.

Currently running a Hanns-G 23.6" as my main monitor with a 32" Vizio TV wall-mounted above my desk both running off an Asus 550ti.

Horrible phone quality picture, I apologize, and pretty ghetto setup, I know. I plan on prettying it up soon.

I have an 18" monitor as well to my right that I plan on hooking up once I get my 7870 back from the RMA.

I currently have 2 22" budget TN monitors, when I say budget I mean around 100 quid each. Looking at selling them and getting a larger IPS or PLS monitor around 26". After researching it sounds like the picture quality is work the sacrifice of the shorter refresh rates you get with TN panels.

I have a 22" TV with a resolution of 1620x1050. Not exactly great but so are so many other things in my setup.

EDIT: Well not exactly SO many other things. It's just my keyboard mostly, and my headphones are a bit uncomfortable.

EDIT: Yes, I did just edit my post just to add a letter-a. lol

With my Christmas bonus, I went out and got these Samsng S24B30BLs. I meant to spend less, but the guy at Fry's offered me his employee discount, so why not?

Nothing beats WQHD (except 4K of course). Here's my current setup (for multimedia/studying/light gaming). Lenovo T61 (4.5 years old) with 1440x900 display + 2560x1440 Dell U2713HM + lenovo x120e (crappy 1366x768 display) for multimedia. Currently using "Ultramon" software to manage setup.

Laptop display driven by OC'ed nVidia Quadro NVS 140M, U2713HM driven by eGPU ATI Radeon HD 4650 in lenovo's 2503 docking station.

I am currently using 3x Acer GD235HZ Monitors in nVIDIA 3D Surround. They are 3D, 120Hz monitors. I was fortunate enough to only have to RMA 2 out of 3 of them once, and have had good luck with them since then. No dead pixels, and only one of them has super-noticeable back-light bleed on the right edge. I am definitely satisfied with them, considering the price of them was fairly cheap.

I'm currently using 3 x LG E2360 Flatron. Pretty average monitor, but I managed to pick them up at a great price

I'm using a Crossover 27" monitor with 2560x1440 resolution. It's one of those cheap Korean monitors from Ebay but I'dd say it's one of the better ones. It wasn't the cheapest one and it has much better stand than the Yamakasi.

I also use my 46" Samsung LCD-tv as a monitor when I'm watching movies.

The past cannot be altered. The present holds but regret and loss. It is only in the days to come that a man may find solace. When memory fades..

Just a single, but a nice looking one, and a nice big one. Want to get like a 55" TV mounted above my desk to watch movies on my bed, but probably won't- will just be a waste of money.
