Origin Account Hacked

So I woke up this morning to an email that my origin account email had been changed to one I didn't not recognize. 

 

I was able to get my account back and everything was in Russian, all my friends deleted, and one new Russian friend.

 

luckly my payment method has expired since I dont use origin often. 

 

how did my account get hacked? 

 

anything else I should change?

Mine got hacked back in that huge account compromise wave in Late 2014-Early 2015.  They weren't even surprised when I phoned to get unbanned from everything.  My payment method was expired so I didn't get dinged there

Yeah I had mine hacked about a year or two ago and the same thing happened. All friends deleted, everything in Russian and 1 Russian guy added. I got it back, changed my password and ever since then everything has been fine.

Give Origin a call mate! I have had the same thing and she had it sorted in 10 mins! Happens all the time sadly mainly to BF4 players!!!!!!!

Haha funny thing, I did give origin a call, and the guy who picked up the phone had a Russian accent....

 

im sure it was a coincidence and all my money isnt gone.
