iPad Air Headphone Jack Broken

Hi,

I went to watch Netflix on my iPad and and plugged in my headphones and it wouldn't work. They plug in all the way but it's loose and has no connection. Because of this I'm wondering if the glue came out and it slid down.

Any suggestions would be great.

If it's still under warranty, take it to the apple store.

Take a flashlight and double check to see if the pins are still there and in the proper place inside the jack, they can wear out including the headphone jack itself making connections intermittent.
