Your two front intake fans have no HDD cage(s) causing obstruction.

Your PSU cable routing is pretty damn nice, not causing any interference.

 

It looks like you could install a fan at the bottom of the case (can't see 100%) to blow fresh air onto the GPU, and a bit into the motherboard area...

 

The way it is configured should be perfectly fine.

It depends if your GPU has a blower style cooler. Its hard to tell at this angle, so I don't know. If it is a blower cooler then you have negative air pressure. There isn't really anything you can do about this and it isn't a big deal, but its something to note.
