I hope you realise the Windows 10 rollout begins on the 29th. Not everyone will get it on that date - they've said it might be days, weeks or months until you get your copy. I guess the oldest of computers will get their updates last.

Not exited, but i do want to upgrade, my W7 setup is starting to show some issues, and it will be nice to start a new year of school with a brand new OS.

Already have it :) There were alot of bugs in my time with the insiders preview, but it seems like a very steady build right now

I am sure there will be ISO available at the 29th when it rolls out. You may not be able to upgrade directly form 7/8.1 to 10 but you may be able to do clean install.
