So guys , hi.
I have a new build that i want to do and i dont know what to do.
I have a RM650 in my current build and i am over budget by 30 euros. Should i get CX650, because i know it has worse parts, and i dont plan overclocking, and its cheaper by 40-50 euros here. So extra money would be helpful.

give us your build list, RM 650-750 have some bad reps, but they are modular.

If that's what you need to do to stay in budget, yeah go for it. You obviously pay extra for features like fully modular cables with the RM650. What are your other parts? There's probably money to be saved elsewhere too.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XC3mzy This one, but where i live it costs way more than in PC part picker. My budget is 1150 euros. i know that CX is fully modular too. Isn't it?

No. Do not get a CX series over an RM. And preferably don't get an RM. Get an EVGA G2/B2/GS if you want a nice modular quiet PSU.
