Andy android emulator visualization error

So when i run the setup I click install and get this error post-99146-0-44099500-1437572214.png I have checked 4 times and visualization is turned on. Does any one know how to fix the error?

Does Windows 7 Home Premium actually support VT-x/AMD-V at a software level? I didn't think it does.

 

I'll check for you, 1 minute.

 

EDIT: Can't find any clear clarification- have you tried something like VMWare to see if the problem is repeated?

First of all, does your CPU support it? (google it or use CPU-Z)  And if so, is it actually enabled in the bios as the error message states?
