Are there any better options than the Pebble Time?

SlaughterSmurf

So I'm in Canada, and have about $300 (let's say 250 american). Are there any smartwatches that are better than the Pebble Time in that price range? I looked into the Moto 360 but I can't get past that less than a day battery life...

I have the Moto 360, youre definitely correct about the battery life. but, youre not gonna find any other smartwatch with the outstanding battery life that the Pebble Time has. Maybe wait a little longer for the Asus Zenwatch 2 or Moto 360 V2 coming later. If you can deal with the battery life i would give a hardy recommendation to the Moto 360

So it's true that even without being able to conveniently reading the time by having the screen off except for when I'm looking at it, I still won't last from 7AM to 7PM?

Microsoft Band.  Check that shit out.  It will tell you when you're getting ready to get sunburnt, read and reply to text messages, notifications, heart rate and health monitoring, voice commands, and it tells the time!  (plus a 2 day battery life)

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

It's a little bulky, but it does have great battery life.

You are on a need to know basis, and you don't need to know.

My watch usually lasts from 6AM ( when i get up) to 9-11PM (when i go to bed) so unless youre using it a whole awful lot, you should be good.

I have one and its not quite a bulky as you might think.  Although I do wished it would fit the curve of my arm a little better, BUT I don't get "sweaty wrist" syndrome from the watch.

I kinda want something that actually looks like a watch though which is my only issue with it.
