You will need to make or modify your own if you want to plug in via the GPU, it will also depend specifically on the voltage output from the GPU what LED's you can use since LED strips are mainly 12V.

If you just want to light up your case getting a set of LED strips and powering it from the PSU is a great option.

I actually want to light up the GPU so it has a little glow coming from inside the heatsink,  I am looking for the type they use on the other GPU types such as the reference cards and gigabyte cards

Most LED modules on the GPU itself are 3.3V but I would multi-meter it to see if you want to make your own to light up the side.

If you just want to light up the heatsink put a regular 12V strip on the back of the heatsink and let the light shine through the fins and power it via the PSU.

not following what you mean there, will the 12 volt have any issues if I put it back there?

Well if you put a 12V LED strip it will be powered off the PSU what I mean is having it between the motherboard and the GPU so the light shines though the cooling fins of the GPU. If you want to light up the logos in the front that will require some DIY work.

yeah, I was expecting some DIY work anyhow.  I found http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA7BF2K21517&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleMKP-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleMKP-PC-_-pla-_-Eco+Gadgets-_-9SIA7BF2K21517&gclid=CjwKEAjwiZitBRCy0pb3rIbG9XwSJACmuvvzjbSEktMEkWRQLNOevQhy3Dq5CmOQIczyQnID075Y4BoCz-Tw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds  this here, do you thing its worth buying?

I would nee more information to give you an idea of what is needed since you need to know the voltage output of those pins on the GPU if you are planning to use those.
