Skinny but eat like a rhino thread

Statecat

I workout 6 days a week, I don't snack at all really but I do eat giant meals. I'm the guy everyone asks if he wants more food after eating a boat load of it. Girl: "Awww you ate it so fast do you want more??" Me: "I just ate two steaks.. I am fine.XD" Hahahah. It's just my body type; I don't really keep weight on easily other than lean muscle weight. Anyone else understand my pain? Hahah.

I'm going to punch your face- IN THE FACE.

A friend of me has that too, he digests too fast or something like that. He goes to the gym now and he told me he eats "like a rhino" too^^ should I ask him what he did?

yeah bro. im 6'1" and 160lbs and I eat more than anyone I know.  I do physical work at my job but even while I was in school or working in food joints I have always weighed the exact same thing... next to nothing.  I wouldn't have it any other way :)

Don't gain weight from eating. Eat anything I want and I'll be fine. It can be annoying sometimes.

Yes! And people constantly shove food in your face despite them seeing you eat half the food on the table. xD

Still got to remember that fatty deposits will still build up in arteries without exercise. As you do, it's not an issue.

What do they know of England, who only England know?

At least fat people have an indication of when to stop eating so much, a visible one :P

I can relate to this. I can guarantee you that if my parents were fat, I'd definitely be since I don't get anywhere near the recommended amount of exercise advised by the AHA (and who does out of all you btw?) It's why I truly believe "genes" have more to do with you being overweight than "lifestyle choices." Sure you choose to put food in your mouth, but your genetic code increases your metabolism and says "I'm full" faster. I say the ratio is like 70-30 genes.

I do very little exercise besides maybe going for a bike ride every few days, and I do snack quite a lot, but aim literally on the verge of underweight for my height. Actually, I've noticed my wrists seem to have gotten a bit thinner recently as my watch feels more loose.

Oh yes of course! I eat all organic and the only fast food I actually eat is Subway. I stopped eating it for a while because of the whole yoga mat bread thing. But now it's apparently out of it so if I'm desperate and can't cook I will eat there. Haha.

Where's the "Rhino, but eat like a skinny person!" thread?

I would say I eat like a skinny person, but most, if not all skinny people I know eat a shed load more than I do...

Take advantage of fast metabolisms while you still have it. It'll eventually go away. I personally am in the same boat as most of you. Eating a lot, but not gaining any weight.

I know, I am fat too. (not emotional eater though, just taste)

I was 110kg at the start of the year. 100 now.... Just eat less and stop the soda. Didn't even exercise.

Ehh I don't think you eat much. An entire pizza is like 1000kcal. I can eat an entire pizza in one sitting (maybe portion sizes heavily differ in countries?)

I gained two stone (28lb, 12.7kg) in one year because I just ate cookies and muffins because they made me happy. The heaviest I have been is 19 stone (120kg). At this moment, since Christmas I am 17 stone (107kg).

Depends how you work out, what do you do?

T-25. It's a workout program that involves a lot of different parts of your body being exercised. There are no breaks, it is 25 minutes, and you do two on Friday. I also occasionally run after my workouts. I never eat before I workout and drink organic protein shakes after I'm finished. (:

I'm going to punch your face- IN THE FACE.
