I have $100 usd saved up. Going to get paid about $450 usd at the end of the month from my summer job.

Skylake is coming out in August. I currently have a fx 8350 bottlenecking my gtx 970. I play minecraft on a normal basis and I sometimes drop below 30 fps. Should I upgrade to a 4790k or wait for a skylake processor? I can wait if it's atleast 5-10% better than the 4790k.

wait for skylake see how it performs and depending on how much the price drops on the current gen cpu's get the i5 4690k if the price drops a good bit also you don't really need an i7 if your just gaming an i5 will be enough

Because I play other stuff when I don't play mc such as GTA V and BF3/4
