Windows 10 resolution problem

Hello, I just launched my new built PC and the screen is f*cked up just like this. I had to use VGA->DVI connector because my monitor only supports VGA and my card doesn't. My specs are availible here: http://puu.sh/iTZls.png Please help me . :'(

Did you download the graphics drivers?

Have you actually installed the GPU drivers?

Try with monitor controls. It happened to me before. 

Worked for me.

Intel Core i3 2100 @ 3.10GHz - Intel Stock Cooler - Zotac Geforce GT 610 2GB Synergy Edition

Are the monitor's resolution and refresh rate set right?
