Clicking noise in hardrive!

I have a 2.5 inch 500 GB  Toshiba hard drive in my PC, whenever I access this drive it makes a click sound, and data doesn't load. I gave it a few taps in case head got stuck but still problem exists. It doesn't have the most important data but would be nice if I can get my data back.

Any help would be appreciated!!

If the freezer method doesn't work, you're out of luck.

Yeah I know but is there any method I can free the head without opening as I think the head cant move, I've seen some screws below the head portion of drive, maybe that can help but I'm not sure?

The freezer method can un stick the head and you don't need to open it. 

As for the screws, they are tightened with a special driver that stops at a certain point, to be exact. Opening it can make it worse.
