Smallest ATX HTPC's

Im looking for an ATX HTPC, max width, 450mm (That is no breathing room for side fans)

Max depth, 360mm, max height doesnt really matter, as long as its HTPC form factor.

 

Is this the smallest?
Im worried the side fan wont have breathing room
