Do you guys think that it will make a difference if I replace the TX3's fan with a Noctua 92mm one?

Not really. And remember that some games are more CPU heavy than others. Like GTAV. What case and airflow setup you have?

NZXT S340 with a nzxt 120mm on the back, Corsair AF140LED on top and one nzxt 120mm on the front (intake)

I have them all connected to the mobo and depending on the temperature they will run between 600-1000rpm

Negative airflow... Try to move either top or rear fan to front as intake.

na, i might get a second one for the front, why does it matter?

Negative airflow means more dust into case. But in your situation, coolers aren't getting that much fresh air.

this bit of dust doesnt matter, its so few dust, after months there is barely any in my case.

Yeah, I know. Thats why I said that with you extra fan will bring more fresh air into case. Cooler the air entering heatsink, cooler the result will be.

if you only care about cooling performance, then you should just let them push air  out, but a decent balance makes the most sense

Thats wrong.

Depends on case

In s340 you want 2 front intake and one rear exhaust, don't use top fan slot

lol, why? the two stock 120mm fans were mounted as exhaust on top and rear, i am pretty sure that NZXT knows how to con figure it corerctly

They assume you will put an aio in the front, with its own fans.

But, just the front and rear will allow a better, more direct air flow path

Uhm, I don't really trust that case manufacturers know what is best for cooling. And since the range of different CPU coolers is so wide, they usually go for some default config. Like Define series with 2 fans, one for intake and another for exhaust. Or most cases with single exhaust. Rear and top exhaust (2 fans) are good for top down coolers like stock. But with normal single tower or dual tower, you'd want to have top fan as intake since rear can handle exhaust by itself. Or with horizontal mount you want only top exhausts.
